Weight loss

Hi,
      After thinking a lot I started to cut my diet when my child was one year old l lost 1 to 2 KGS .But afterwards some time I got my second child and again got weight but after my child completed 2 year .l decided that l will do something and l cut my diet and came at my desired weight.But even then l was not happy do you know why because l lost my muscle mass and skin was loosened.But after that I came to know good nutrition and started to take that and get my muscles back with some exercise.

And from my experience I just want to tell you that losing weight should be with good nutrition not crash diet.
